    A name, a date, a symbol, a word — up to 10 characters. Stitched clean.

Choose one placement per piece. Both tell a story — just differently.

Every personalized piece is embroidered in our studio, one at a time. Nothing printed, nothing mass-produced.It takes a few extra days, but you end up with something made for one person — stitched to last as long as the love behind it.

How long does the personalization take?

Personalized garments are made to order in our studio. They ship within 4 business days of your order, with standard shipping after that. If you need it for a specific date, email us at support@amisamour.com and we'll do our best to make it work.

What are the character limits?

It depends on the design. The Infinity holds two initials, one in each loop of the heart. The Heart holds a single initial. The Classic fits up to 10 characters — enough for a name, a short word, or a date. Keeping to these limits is what keeps the embroidery clean, proportional, and beautiful.

Can I return a personalized garment?

Personalized garments are made uniquely for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged. We recommend double-checking your spelling, spacing, and design choice before ordering. If something arrives damaged or incorrect on our end, we'll always make it right.

What thread color is used?

To keep every garment on brand and beautifully balanced, we use one thread color per piece — chosen to complement the sweatshirt color. You can also add a small red heart accent to any design as an optional touch of love in a different thread.

Can I send a personalized gift directly to the recipient?

Yes. At checkout, you can add a shipping address different from your billing address. Your order will arrive in our signature AmisAmour gift box, ready to give — no packing slip with prices, just the love inside.

Do you offer a digital preview before ordering?

Not yet — but it's coming. For now, our studio team reviews every order before stitching, and if anything looks off (a typo, a character issue, a design that won't fit), we'll reach out before we start. You can trust us to catch it.
