Personalised pieces are made to order in our atelier and ship within 4 working days. DHL then delivers in 1–3 working days in the Netherlands (mostly overnight) and 2–5 working days in the rest of the EU. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Need it for a specific date? Email support@amisamour.com and we'll do our best.
Personalised pieces are made just for them, so they can't be exchanged or returned. Please double-check the size, spelling and design before you order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect on our side, we'll always make it right.
The Infinity holds two initials, one in each loop of the heart. The Heart holds a single initial. The Classic fits up to 10 characters: a name, a short word or a date. On the AA Blank Sweatshirt you can choose the sleeve or the left chest. Keeping to these limits keeps the embroidery clean and beautiful. Embroidery is free.
We use one thread colour per piece, chosen to complement the sweatshirt colour. You can add a small red heart accent to any design as an optional touch of love.
Yes. At checkout, add their address as the shipping address. There are no prices on the packing slip, and with our signature gift box it arrives ready to give.
